Springbrook Water Reservoir, Pumphouse and Booster Station
Completed in Fall 2021
New Construction of a 2,275 m3 cast-in-place underground water reservoir and pumphouse building with water treatment and distribution pumping, electrical and instrumentation systems. Pumphouse structure was Pre-Cast tilt up concrete panels and roof structure c/w Plumbing and HVAC systems, Architectural features, Electrical systems. New diesel Emergency Power Generator, MCC, Control panels and PLC system and communication systems. Also constructed was a satellite Booster Pump control building and modifications to existing satellite Chlorine Control Building and disconnects / abandonments to redundant services.
