Red Deer City Hall

The City Hall Exterior Envelope Upgrades project (3^rd and 4^th Floors) was the original scope of this project. Replacement of the exterior window systems, upgrade the exterior vapour barrier and insulation systems and upgrades to the perimeter radiant heating systems. As Timcon advanced on this fast-track schedule the City took advantage of the building being empty due to Covid-19 and requested Timcon expand on the scope of work to encompass the complete building envelope and the modernize the majority of the overall 55,000 ft2 floor area.
