New construction of the Junction 42 Water Reservoir and Pumphouse facility and Distribution line, sitework and grading. Cast-in-place concrete reservoir tank (approx. 590 m3). Cast in place pumphouse foundations and precast tilt up concrete walls and hollowcore roof for Pumphouse. Interior and Exterior Architectural, Mechanical Plumbing / HVAC systems, Electrical Systems. Process Piping and distribution pump system consisting of 3 – 30 hp, 1- 50 hp electric drive water pumps, 1 – 75 hp Fire Pump. Outdoor Emergency Generator and Switch Gear. Electrical, Instrumentation system, VFD’s Chlorine Analyzers, MCC and controls.
