Timcon Construction was awarded the construction management contract for the development and construction of the gasoline alley indoor market, this included being involved in the pre-construction phase of the project. The building is 24,171 Square feet on the main level and also includes a 2,000 Square foot mezzanine. The building contains 59 vendor booths, 6 commercial kitchens, Cooler space for vendors, management offices, loading dock and a fully operating brewery.
