The company is technologically competent in the most common construction and management applications. Utilizing comprehensive web-based program management systems, we have further advanced our effectiveness as a leader in the industry. Our field staff have access to the latest in laser and equipment technology as well as a current and well-maintained tool inventory and construction equipment fleet.
It is Timcon’s goal to maintain our position as a high quality medium sized builder. Our reputation and steadily increasing volume of work supports this philosophy. Our staff has developed the experience and enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality, economical product on schedule. The bulk of the projects that we contract are with repeat customers – Timcon has become the contractor of choice for many businesses and organizations. The reason for this is due to the quality of people who work for and manage Timcon. Most of our employees have been with Timcon over 10 years and some for 20 to 30+ years.
